Juli 2025, wanderte unsere Gruppe vom Heimatverein Delligsen die f\u00fcnfte Etappe des Ith-Hils-Wegs. Trotz angesagtem Dauerregen blieben wir vom Schauer verschont \u2013 bei schw\u00fcl-warmen Temperaturen zwischen 16 und 18 Grad herrschte ideales Wanderwetter.<\/p>\n<p>Treffpunkt war wie gewohnt am Tennisplatz in Delligsen, von wo aus wir in Fahrgemeinschaften nach Salzhemmendorf fuhren. Dort startete unsere Tour am Parkplatz der Ith Sole Therme mit dem Aufstieg auf den Th\u00fcster Berg.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einem ersten Waldst\u00fcck erreichten wir die offenen Trockenrasenfl\u00e4chen rund um den alten Steinbruch Bockshorn \u2013 ein eindrucksvolles Landschaftsbild mit Kalkfelsen und seltenen Pflanzenarten. Der ehemalige Abbauort ist heute nicht nur \u00f6kologisch bedeutsam, sondern auch ein beliebtes Ziel bei Kletterern.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fchrte uns der Weg wieder in den Wald \u2013 \u00fcber wurzelige Pfade und durch die geheimnisvolle Hexenk\u00fcche, ein von Felsbl\u00f6cken durchsetztes Waldst\u00fcck. Der Anstieg in diesem Bereich war durchaus fordernd, aber mit Hilfe eines Drahtseils gut zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Klippenweg brachte uns weiter aufw\u00e4rts \u2013 vorbei an markanten Felsformationen und mit sch\u00f6nen Ausblicken ins Weser-Leine-Bergland. Schlie\u00dflich erreichten wir den L\u00f6nsturm, der auf dem Gipfel des Kansteins steht, der h\u00f6chsten Erhebung des Th\u00fcster Berges (441\u202fm \u00fcber NN).<\/p>\n<p>Der 26\u202fm hohe Turm wurde urspr\u00fcnglich 1928 zu Ehren von Hermann L\u00f6ns errichtet und sp\u00e4ter zweimal aufgestockt, um auch bei hohem Baumbestand freie Sicht zu erm\u00f6glichen. Einige von uns stiegen bis zur obersten Plattform hinauf und genossen \u2013 trotz diesiger Sicht \u2013 einen weiten Rundblick \u00fcber die Region.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer ausgiebigen Rast mit Brotzeit und einem Gruppenfoto ging es an den Abstieg.<\/p>\n<p>Auf angenehmen Wegen durch den Buchenwald erreichten wir Marienhagen, wo ein Auto f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckfahrt bereitstand. Zum Abschluss der gelungenen Tour kehrten wir noch gemeinsam im Leine-Caf\u00e9 Heydenreich in Br\u00fcggen ein.
